Read this over the weekend and just can't stop thinking about it. Fantastic post. I've always had a little bit of a negative mental connotation for the term "babywearing" (it reminds me of people who think that dogs are fashion accessories, even though I doubt that's the intent of the word!).

I've never really looked it up, though, so your post is my first real introduction to it. And it is fabulous. I think I've told no less than three (non-parent!) friends what I learned from this.

Thank you! And may clearer heads prevail on this completely preposterous recall!

Women have been wearing their babies for centuries. Since the beginning of time! It is the most natural thing in the world. Sometimes I feel like this country is going crazy.
